1. FOOTPRINTS

Hey cats...yeah, I know it's been pretty much FOREVER since I've updated my site.
I lost my password and it has taken me a long long time to establish a new account and revamp, etc...Anyhow, I'M BACK! And ummm...not letting this new password escape.
So, most of you that are familiar with my work know that Foot Prints is most near and dear to my heart! It is the most important nite of the month for me and as such deserves the highest priority (especially on this site).
For the longest time I wanted to relocate the event to a larger space - things were getting so cramped each month that it was getting nearly unbearable. Thankfully, I discovered the potential of the 2nd floor Rivoli Pool Hall. Not only do we get to provide a multi-faceted space, we also get to move in a few 100 extra people.
If you've been to any of our events since May 2006, then you have experiend the new space. I believe we made the right choice as the atmosphere has been 100% ELECTRIC since the move!
This next session on the 21st happens to be one in which Mr. Jason Palma will unfortunately not be attending. The man's flying out to Finland to do a series of shows (good on ya Jay!).
So instead, Dj Stu and myself will extend the already jampacked funky selections even further going a full 5 1/2 hours between the two of us!
However, there may just be a special guest visit from one of our favorite selectors - not 100% yet, but details are in the works.
As usual, if you are not aware of the FootPrints experience and want to come and dance with a friend than by all means hit me an email and I will place you + 1 on my gueslist.
Be sure to arrive early as the crowd has been immense of late!

2. TURNING POINT
w/ Djs: A Man Called Warwick & Special Guest: Miles Cleret
When: Sat, Nov 11th, 2006 - 10pm start
Where: The Gladstone Hotel (1214 Queen St. W)
$$$: $10 all nite
Last month we had invited guest Mr. Will Holland (aka QUANTIC) in for an exclusive deejay set of 100% vintage Cumbia, Afrobeat, Salsa, Descarga, Rocksteady and Calypso. Attendance was through the roof and the atmosphere was magical.
How can we top the madness of last month? Well, seriously that's going to be pretty hard, HOWEVER, we have an equally amazing guest on the decks to provide a spectical for your dancing feet! Mr. Miles Cleret from Brighton,UK travels in with a mix of all things funky and tropical. His last show for us was earlier this year and there were nearly 500 in attendance.
Please arrive early to avoid dissapointment!
